Originally released on very short-lived Ground Zero Records. It was later re-released by Elektra Records, making Metal Church the 1st Thrash Metal band to be signed to that label (predating Metallica's much more famous major label debut by one year).

The German release of this album, on Steamhammer, featured additional bonus track "Big Guns". This song also appeared on cassette editions of this album issued by Banzai records. It was also included in the same label's compilation album "Force Of The Blade".
